They came out to unclog a toilet .Then they wanted to run a camera in the pipe. They made a app. never showed up or called . I called them , They rescheduled another Appointment never showed up again, this went on at least 6 times ,no calls, Finally They told me Don't us we will call you . never called .I will never call them .

When my AC went out on a Sunday night during a holiday weekend, Michael Pierce responded to my front door within 30 minutes. The job was done quickly and he was nice as could be the whole time. I really believe Michael enjoys his work and helping people in this community. You don't always get that friendliness nowadays, but you sure will if you call Kooline and ask for Michael. 5 stars!! I had raw sewage fumes in my residence causing me headaches and sickness. I explained that to the plumber and they had no sense of urgency. The plumber came to my property for a few days in a row approx 30 min each day. Proceeded to charge me for each day when no work was done. Just investigating the problem he told me. They damaged my plumbing, and yard, and caused me to miss work. Then told me it would be 6000.00. Huge red flag! I called my property manager because I had just purchased the unit 1 month previously. The property manager spoke with the manager of Kooline previously and had banned the company from performing any service at this property however I was not aware. Because they had previously scammed other residents the same. I never called Kooline back. Another company fixed my plumbing same day and because the problem was on the owners side and not my side, they charged the community I live in. So I was not financially responsible for the repairs and Kooline Plumbing had no clue and was going to charge me. Then they proceeded to call me 4 to 5 times a day to get money. They also sent two big guys to my door, I refused to open the door. I have never been harassed like this before!

You called Kooline on a Saturday, we charge additional emergency fee for Saturday service but waived the fee, due to you advising that you were a new homeowner, previously homeless. We cleaned the drains and found rocks in the drains and advised it needed to be repaired. You stated you couldn't pay the draining cleaning fee and would like to make payment arrangements. We agreed to allow you time to pay the $289 for drain cleaning. You never paid Kooline for the work done and continue to barrage our company with bad reviews and false information despite our good will to work with you and allowing you time to pay. I purchased a new 50 gal. Ruud Water heater with 8-10 year full warranty parts Ino proration) for $850 from this company on 12-23-17. This is a one-sometime two-person house but water heater wasn't putting out enough hot water for one shower. I knew heating element must be bad. Called Kooline (who sold me this unit 2 years ago) and they sent out someone (who was so incompetent, I can't even call him a plumber), who ultimately and finally checked the heating elements and determined one was bad. Said an estimate of repairs was in my email by the owner of the company. He waited at the door while I checked my email. Received an estimate for a complete rebuilt of the water heater for $750.00. I called the owner and spoke with him ("Jay"). I said "WHAT?" i have a bad element and the part is covered under warranty. $750.00 What? He said "well, in cases like this we recommend a complete overhaul of your water heater," or words to that effect. I said I could buy a brand new water heater for roughly the same amount--why would I pay $750 because I had a bad element. He kept insisting that was the charge. And then finally asked "what do you think is fair?" I said $176 should be more than fair for labor to change an element. " He said "well, I couldn't do that." I said, "fine," I will leave the appropriate bad review for your company. I then called Ruud and they agreed that this was highway robbery and I should never do business with this company again. Proceed with great caution or better yet, avoid this company at all costs. Ruud is sending me the part for free and said it is easy to change out myself and it wouldn't void warranty. That is what I will do.

I tried to do it myself and was unable get the broken faucet disassembled. I started day before to try and save money, but ended up spending more time. Called them and they came right out same day and was done in less than 30 minutes. Time is money, my only regret is that I wish I called them earlier!!!:-) They are now the only company I will call for all my plumbing needs.

Mohammed advised me how it can be solved and the cost. It was very affordable price. He was able to fix at a reasonable cost. I would surely contact him if I have any more plumbing needs. Thank you Mohammed for helping me.
