The inspector came to the house early because he said that he hurt his back really bad and that it would take a little more time to inspect the house. A day later we received the inspection report that said that we had termites on our back porch fascia. My husband looked at the fascia and it was just water damage and he saw no termites in the would. A few days later, we had a termite company come out to spot treat the "termites" but he determined that it was water damage and he didn't see termites. He also said that if he was inspecting the house, he would have never put in the report that there was termites. He found out that the inspector already put the report into the state so in order to clear the report, he had to spot treat the area. I was very upset because that was $300 out of pocket expense that was not needed. I am not sure how the inspector would have seen the termites without having a ladder to get to the area to see if there was termites. I don't like being taking advantage by someone that is suppose to be licence to be truthful in a inspection report that is given to the state. I think the report was a fraud and I would not recommend this company.
