The stain is peeling off and they haven't been able to fix it. We asked that they remove the stain and refund our money. The only communicate via e-mail or text. We are very UNHAPPY with their work.

"[Member Name Removed], we offered to refund you the money since we were unable to fix it and the contractor that did it is on life support and may not live. This was done in Feb 2018, We have done everything we can and you then stated that you wanted us to fix it AND refund you the money, when we have told you we can't. There are 2 sides to every story and we have done what we can to help you out. As per the email I sent to you on 4.1 (and didn't get a response from) Check will be in the mail today, we have had it ready for you since March but didn't hear from you. This will conclude our business. We are sorry we couldn't fix the stain and are providing a full refund in return."

They are very nice, professional. They bill through email, so I can pay online, very convenient. In general, it’s hard to grade price, because some services are different. As far as quality, they’re worth it. I found them through a Facebook group. No, they do not need to improve on anything. They do clean up after themselves. They do make sure that my gate is fully closed too.

Initially very poor. Job only half done, resulted in dead plants including palms, but received the full bill. Visited house before paying and complained. The owner himself came out and was horrified at poor work. Employee had been fired. He completed the work himself and slashed the invoice to cover the costs of replacing the plants and inconvenience. He did extra work for free.
I would use them again, now that I have a direct relationship with the owner.

Overall, the service was good. Once we started talking, it only took 48 hours to get all the details hammered out, and Ryan and his crew were out the following Monday. Only took 2 days to complete. 3 days overall with the rain on the 2nd day. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. There were some minor details to adjust but overall it was a good experience. The only issue was cigarette butts. I must have picked up 15 or more between the dirt in the back yard and the rocks in the front yard. I highly recommend them for the service, but would advise ahead of time mentioning about field stripping the smokes and putting the butts in their pockets.

I am very happy with them. They have been very prompt with their customer service. The guy who owns the company makes sure that everything is basically taken care of with respect to what I ask for. They have a supervisor personnel who overlooks everyone when they are working and if I have any issues I can covey it to him. They are pretty clean work wise and the work they perform is very good. I would use them again in the future.

I found it rather expensive but I'm not really that familiar with prices. They did $1500 worth of landscaping for me a month prior to this like rock work. They also do sprinkler system repairs. The quality of work is excellent, but I just got the system so I don't know what it's going to do. It's working okay, I'm not unhappy with it but it didn't turn out like I thought it would. They are good at their response, they come out and take a look then schedule you. They are high for clean up.
