This job was done in two stages due to the size of job and associated costs. The price was reasonable. While I could have had the work done cheaper, it would have been Cheaper work if you get my point. Dan is a registered, licensed, and bonded contractor in Arizona which in itself provides comfort snd guarantees. Dan's 2 teams were both efficient and proffesional. Dan was very responsive to all requests and communications. The results are nothing short of remarkable. I would recommend Dan Dawn and Arroyo Vista to anybody. Thank you Dan and Teams!

Everything was as expected and went as described.  A couple of issues came of after the job was completed and the response to fix the issues was handled immediately.

They came when they said they're gonna come,.

I used them from Angie's List. I was more than pleased. I would give them high rating because their pricing was more than fair for the amount of work that they did. They were there when they said they would be there and did what we asked and they were very helpful and happened to make few changes that we didn't see. I had some over spray from some of the sprinklers and they were right out the next morning to correct that. We reside in Montana but we bought a house and we are putting it together for retirement purposes but I would recommend them to anyone.

This went very well. They started on time and even took pictures to show us the progress since we were not there to watch. When we came back to town there were a couple of minor details overlooked but Pat jumped right on it and took care of thm right away.

Dan worked with me in my design wishes to ensure all would be highly functional and practical while looking its best so I would be the most satisfied with the results. The project was done very well professionally and aesthetically. The work was conducted continually until the project was done with completion being in a reasonable amount of time. Things were cleaned up every day and spruced up nicely at the end.

Dan was prompt. He listened to our wants and desires and provided a great plan for our patio remodel and extension. He had a great crew that was conscientious and very hard working. They cleaned up the front of the home every night before they left; and thoroughly cleaned the rear yard and removed all construction debris at project completion. And the project was completed promptly and within the target timeframe that was established when the contract was signed. I strongly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again.

The people who work for him are very good craftsmen. The finished product is beautiful. Dan came up with the design, and it was very creative. It took a little longer than we expected, but it is beautiful. He will be checking on it over the summer, and has guaranteed that if any of the plants fail, he will replace them.
