He is wonderful. I didn?t have the money yesterday when I called him. He ordered everything, put the bill and paid everything by himself trusting him to get the money. That was pretty impressive. He underbid everything by $8000. He is going to do the drywall as well. He is an excellent guy to go to. He was punctual on the estimate. So far he has been very straightforward.
