Appliance Works

Had to replace the motherboard in our Whirlpool dryer. This part had to be ordered. The job was done quickly, and no surprise charges. The technician was very nice, the !st visit to do the diag was done in about 15-20 minutes. He told us what the problem was, what the fix would be, what my options were and I decided fixing this dryer was a better option than replacing it for the same amount with an inferior dryer.  The part arrived in 48 hours (like he said), and repair was done in about 30 minutes.
This was the second time we've used them.

It was fine. I'd use them again.

Pulled some random screws out of our dishwasher.   We bought a brand new dishwasher and it kept clogging.  He cam and found screw that plugged it up.  A few days later. We had same issue, he came and pulle anoutehr screw that clogged it. no charge.

They were just fine. He was a nice man. They're extremely reasonable. It went excellent. I like the promptness, efficiency and they're courteous.

The work was performed on a rental property, so they worked directly with the tenants. The tenants were very happy with the services provided.

Refrigerator stopped working Thursday evening. We have Home Warranty and called them that evening. They arrange another service company. Next morning no news from other company. Around noon we called home warranty company complaining we need service (no second refrig) and they arranged another service company; Appliance Works. Appliance Works was at our house in 15 minutes. Repair was done within 30 minutes. Repairman was Jim. Very professional and efficient in the repair. Payment of $55 arrange through Home Warranty was honored, transaction of payment and receipt all done on IPad type device Jim had with him. Unbelievable that within an hour of calling the home warranty company to complain about getting service from the 'other guy'' Appliance Works was contacted, came to the house (service call), repaired the refrigerator and took care of all paperwork. That's good service! For sure I would try them again when in need of an appliance repair.

He was very professional and thorough. I would recommend this company and use them again myself.

My fridge went out overnight and they came out the next day. They didn't have the compressor they needed, but installed a more powerful one until they received the correct one. When that came in, they installed it and were in an out of my house in about an hour and a half. They were always on time, sometimes a little early, and honest with my options.

ice maker was leaking water. repair man found the problem and fixed problem within 35 minutes. Repairman found frozen inlet tube to ice maker. Pulled ice maker ran hot water on inlet, thawed out inlet and fix was done.

The service was good. They did a good job. They responded well. They had a fair price. It was a husband and wife team. They took care of us.

This man is really good. You don't have to wait long to get over and get the work done. He is very punctual. He is a very sweet guy. He runs his own business. I really like his accent; it's so cute. He is a South African. I never had to put money ahead of time. He came here twice. That wasn't a problem. He took out the old part. He went and got the new part and put it in. There was no charge for him coming and going. He knows what he is doing. He got the ice maker fixed. He put the new part in which he thought was the problem, but that was not the one. So he went and got the right part and fixed it. I'm calling him today for something. I would use him in the future.

One of my friends worked to install it it but he was not able to complete the job. I called around 11.00am to see if I could get somebody the same day; I was without dishwasher for 2 days with husband 2 kids and my sink was overflowing. The called me 15minutes later to let me know they would be here between 1.00 and 3.00. At 12.20 they called me again to ask me if they could come earlier. Gary, did and excellent job, quickly and very nicely.
