+ -1 moreShannon was hired to do two projects. After sending contracts and deposits he showed up for one day and promised to return. He prepared the floor or installed a small portion of tile. He ignored our calls, emails and texts till we sent a demand letter. He continued to not show up as promised for several reasons including catching Covid, having dental surgery or no help. After repeated promises and not showing up he started to ignore our calls again till we resent our demand letter. He then said he could not do the job due to lack of help and promised to return our deposit money. Again after several broken promised dates we demanded he make the date of the 4th of May or we would initiate complaints and lawsuits. He said do what you have to do. This guy is not to be trusted.
