My dear brother has been without a/c here in Hidden Valley over 3 years now. It's been so hard on him with all his medical issues. I had to KISS A LOT OF FROGS but but i finally found not one, not two but 3 Princes in Ray, Alvaro and Gabe. They were amazing there were lots of hurdles on our behalf and they stuck it out with me. No games, price increase scare tactics. Just honest straight forward men. They did the job at a fare market rate. They were great. Thanks guys. Best A/C company in Arizona!! Great prices and the customer service was second to none. Ray saved me over $1000 on my old unit that Goettl said needed parts replaced. (It didnt they just wired it wrong)Then when it wore out a couple years later (at 27 years old) I had a new unit installed..That was 2 years ago and during the service this month they noticed the motor had an issue.. they immediately ordered parts and replaced it free of charge within the week. I cant recommend this company enough!!!

911 Air Repair goes ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty!!! Our AC quit working on one of the hottest days of the year. Santiago came out, within a few hours of contacting them, he went over a few options, attempted the cheapest option first, which fixed our problem right away! He even stuck around for 20 minutes, to make sure the issue was fixed, and to insure our house was cooling off. Thank you 911 Air Repair!!! You are now our go to company indefinitely!!! A+++ service!!
