Jay said it was very clean, but he polished the rod that ignites the gas, measured the temperature at inlet and output, checked the wiring, the color of the flame, and other things I didn't know about. He asked if our smoke detector detected carbon dioxide (yes) and showed me the pipes for condensate that could possibly fill up and put water into the garage. I know a lot more about the gas heater than I did before, and felt he did a very thorough job. No one else answered all of my questions before. And he was pleasant the whole time! He's a good technician and in my case I good teacher!
