I called Kent's to check a five ton condenser unit. I had already called four other companies for an estimate. All four were either incompetent, dishonest or just plain ignorant. They all had different opinions. Kent's diagnosed the problem and told me the warranty was still good on my unit and replaced the unit. The cost was for labor only and very reasonable. He is honest and totally competent as is his assistant. I highly recommend him.

We returned from vacation to find our a/c had a water leak. Called Kent who arrived on time and installed a condensate pump to take care of the water problem. He is a professional and knowledgeable person and would highly recommend his services.

Kent arrived on time, performed the work necessary, and was very professional for a reasonable charge. It should be noted two different Cumming Heating and Cooling techs came out previously and could not find the problem, instead they just tried to sell me a $6,000 new system. I HIGHLY recommend Kent..
