Our experience with the owner, Tim Polito, was outstanding. Tim Polito was professional, friendly, honest and trustworthy. The remodel took about 2 months to complete and included complete remodel of the living/dining area and powder room. Tim hired sub contractors for demolition, painting and tile installers that did a great job, were trustworthy, and timely. He found some safety issues in the house that were there from prior owners and he immediately corrected them. Tim took care of everything we needed and was cost conscious to make sure he was meeting the allocated budget (even though we decided to have him do more work once he started). Tim has great attention to detail and made sure everything was done perfectly. He met his all his commitments to us and I would highly recommend him. He will be someone you will really like both before AND after the job is done.
Description of Work: removed ceramic tile and installed travertine floor tile. Installed new front door. built new patio on 2nd floor. removed old stairs and replace with new spiral staircase. remodeled powder room. remodeled laundry room. rewired electricity and cable. installed propane gas lines and tankless water heater. installed fireplace.
