Did not honor appointment time (we were having two cars serviced with oil changes, with appointments and they made us sit there for over 2 hours. They also find something "wrong" with our car every time we go there but when we go to our real mechanic or do our own checks, nothing is wrong. At this location our battery was messed up. But we've had it checked twice since then and no battery problems. I feel like they are bait and switch artists. We have a discount oil change "card" where our oil changes are pre-paid and once that is gone I will be happy never to go to this chain again.
