Leland was very knowledgeable, over the phone he explained what it was going to cost for him to come out and what we were looking at as far as the repair as we described it over the phone. We scheduled an appointment, which was next day Leland was on time and ready to work. He checked everything over and explained again what it was and that he would submit to insurance and would be replacing it in a few days. I was relieved that he did the insurance part for us too. We were referred to him by our camping neighbors and very glad we had him to help. The air conditioner works great and if we need any other RV repair we will be calling Blue Sky RV again.
