For the most part the overall experience was pleasant. Joe came out and gave quote which i thought was a bit high. I used to live in Indianapolis so i'm basing my price on that house which had more windows. He feed me some line about Tucson prices/labor etc.... Since moving to AZ we've found everything much higher than indiana. After thinking about it i gave him a chance.

"While the experience for the member may have been pleasant, as a contractor mine was not. I do not give or feed customers "lines" in regard to pricing or anything else. This job was a 4500 sq ft house that required window cleaning of over 20' ft high windows on both the interior and exterior of the house at temperatures over 100 degrees. I am not willing to risk falling off a ladder or even death for a customer who continually belittles me and tells stories! Never having cleaned windows in Indianapolis I have no concept of pricing there and that's all I said to the customer. That is not a "line"! Arizona Window Care has been cleaning windows in Tucson since 1994 and has been rated the #1 window cleaning company for over 6 years on another web site that Angies List advertises on and gives a 20% discount on Angies List memberships and it's free. Also, the customer is legally blind, according to him, from a drug interaction, not the best judge of window cleaning quality. I will not be part of his "angry at the world" mentality. While the customer did call me back to do more work for him,I drove out to his house and I had to refuse based on the fact that he would not remove the comment about giving people "lines". My reputation is important to me and I don't appreciate bizzare behavior from customers! And, in addition my name is not Joe its Rick."

Rick Morin came to give me an estimate within 4 hours of my calling his service. He was prompt, professional, friendly and nicely dressed. He spent an hour looking at my home and all the windows and "listening" to my thoughts and decisions. He gave me a very fair estimate and came back within the week to clean the windows. He was very efficient and fast. I have been in my home for over 20 years and my windows have never been this clean and sparkling. I have decided to have him come on a quarterly basis to clean my windows.
