A TO Z HOUSEKEEPING

A to Z did a very poor job, and was totally unresponsive when I complained. The crew called me only a few minutes before they left for another job, so I was not able to inspect the home with the crew present. The pot shelves were not cleaned at all, and the handle was broken off the guest bedroom tub/shower. When I called the office to complain, I was given the run around about scheduling a repair man for the shower handle. Ultimately A TO Z claimed the handle was not broken by their crew (who else would have broken it? The house was unoccupied!!!) I was also told if it was broken, it would have been considered "wear and tear," which is not their responsibility. I finally went to the BBB to complain, which was a total waste of time. The BBB was very slow to deal with the issue, and did nothing to facilitate a resolution of the problem. The bottom line is I would never have A To Z Housekeeping do work for me again. They are rude, dishonest, and their quality is poor.

Chose this company based on recent good reviews (before a recent bad review), and one reference from a friend. Office was very responsive, thoroughly described their services & scheduled us within a few days. First visit was cancelled due to crew illness but rescheduled 1 day later. Crew arrived within 30 minutes of appointed time & got to work right away. Unfortunately we did not stay to observe & approve the work before they left. Mirrors, kitchen & bath were fairly well done but many other details were missed. A call to the office promised corrections & 2nd visit scheduled the following day. They improved on things we specifically mentioned were incomplete, but still were less than thorough for the advertised deep cleaning service we expected. For what we paid, we should not have to supervise closely every detail to make sure it is done right.

I requested a Saturday cleaning because I wanted to be home the first time. The cleaning crew was scheduled to arrive between 1:00 pm and 2:00. I called at 2:10pm when they had not yet arrived. I was told that they were on their way. They arrived at 2:30. I had to leave at 4:30 to attend an evening charity function. When I returned that evening, I found many areas that had not been cleaned. I tried to call the office as instructed by the paperwork, and received a message that the mailbox was full. To make a long story short, the company sent the "cleaning ladies" out two more times, the house was never completely cleaned, they charged us over $300 and never made it right. I hired an individual house cleaning lady, who charged us $100 for biweekly cleaning and my house was spotless when she finished. I left a message for the owner of A to Z Housecleaning to call me so I could report the results and he never called me back.

Although they arrived a bit late (due to construction in our neighborhood), they got to work right away. We had a team of three people clean our home, and we are very impressed with their work. It took between 2-3 hours to clean our room (5+ br, 3 bath, etc.). We will definitely use A to Z Housekeeping again.

A team of 3 came and worked hard for 4 hours. Most of the work was excellent, however I was a little disappointed in the quality of the window cleaning. Probably would have been better to hire a window cleaning company for that part.

This service was excellent. I was desperate to have my house cleaned before my company got here for the Holidays. The previous cleaning companies I had refused to do my blinds, ceiling fans, baseboards, and deep cleaning. I thought I could keep up myself.....wrong! I called in desperation, got an appointment the next day!! I was thrilled yet apprehensive as I haven't been able to find a cleaning service to suit my needs and expectations, I'm very meticulous and knew my house was very dirty. The crew was excellent, friendly, thorough, and did an outstanding job! I was so pleased when I came home from work to a very clean house. They are my life savers!! I'm so happy with their service, I plan on continuing with their service for housekeeping every other week.

THEY FIT ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE 3 DAYS AFTER CALLING AT A RATE OF $29.00 PER PERSON PER HOUR SPENT WORKING. THEY WERE EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. I TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THEIR BEING HERE AND HAD THEM DO A COMPLETE SPRING CLEANING AND I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM.
