We use craig Plumbing in Lake Havasu to clean our drains. Wound not give a price until came out. Did not finish the job. Very expensive.

I called a few people, they were the fist ones to call back. They were considerate and everything, but when asking for prices, they gave me whole prices. I needed an itemized bill, instead of the whole prices, so I can write it off for my taxes. I live in NJ and this is my rental property in AZ. He was also supposed to send me the warranty information, which he hasn't done either. He refuses to break down the bill and that bothers me. Maury was the gentleman I was dealing with. I feel as though I am being ripped off if he is refusing to give me an itemized bill.

This is the first time i used Craig Plumbing. The service person was great. On time, explained everything very clearly, did all work as described at the price quoted. I would definitely us them again.

We had a leaky water heater so we called Craig Plumbing. We were having an open house the next day and I explained that to the very nice gentleman on the phone....I believe his name was Morrie. He assured me that he would send someone as soon as he could..
. A service tech arrived within an hour, checked it out and installed the new heater....we were good to go in a very short time.
We were very impressed with the service and will definitely use them in the future.

I had the same plumber come to my house twice and on both occasions he suggested that the problem was in one of the lines and it ended up being elsewhere, he then suggested that he bring a camera for another $250.00 to find the solution, he seemed to know what he was doing, until i talked to another plumber and he told me that he shouldn't have done it the way he did and as a rule no plumber does that.

"I think this review is very unfair and I am very surprised by it considering the customer’s positive response to the plumber on the job and the service manager on the phone. Added to the fact that he never let us know of any further problems or dissatisfaction regarding his service. Having drains backing up is always an unpleasant experience for everyone involved, and I understand being frustrated at the situation of having to deal with the mess and expense. That being said, after reviewing the invoices pertaining to this service, it is evident our service technician did everything that would be expected and beyond. Both exterior cleanouts and the roof vent had the drain cleaning machine cables run through them and the drains were flowing when he left. The technician didn’t even charge for running through the vent line on the roof which would normally be another $125.00. Given the age and condition of the house and plumbing, he wanted to be thorough. Also it is stated plainly on the original ticket that a video inspection of the lines may be needed if the problem persists. Since there were 4 days between the 2 calls, I assume that the drains were clear and running for those 4 days. The second call was a washing machine line that backed up, he cleared the line and the washing machine was ran and draining when he left. We cannot warranty drain stoppages as we have no control over what people put down their drains and without a video inspection of the drain lines, there is no way to tell if there is damage to the piping underground.
