Wilhelm Automotive has satisfactorily performed all routine service (except when out of town) and required repairs on our '03 Chevy Silverado truck since it has been out of warranty. They now include a 36,000 Mile/ 36 Month warranty.

They have been great, we have used them a number of times.

Took my Ford Fusion here for a basic oil change. They are the closest place to my house so I thought I would give them a shot. They have great customer service and the everything seemed good with the work completed. My only complaint would be that it is best to have an appointment and can be difficult to get in last minute, but that is more of a knock to my impulsive nature and hatred of planning daily activities.

I liked them a lot. They are very service oriented.

They have been around for 40 or 50 years and I have used them for the past 5 years and they do exceptional work. On my last projects they did an excellent job.

I have used Wilhelm Automotive for 3 years and I periodically go to them to check the vehicles. I like a number of things about them, they have helped me fix cars and not charge me for them and their estimates are usually right on or very occasionally a little high and they occasionally add something because something came up. Basically they are honest, they are reasonably priced and they do a good job. They are not inexpensive but the quality of their work is good. I have never had a problem getting in and if I have a problem, then they take me in right away.

The staff from Wilhelm Automotive are always very friendly. They return the vehicles in a clean condition and they're easy to work with. We never had any problems with them trying to up-sell us any services.
