I SPENT CHRISTMAS EVE DAY WATCHING IN AWE AS THEY SHOWED UP WITH THE TRUCK, TOWING THE CHIPPER AND A STUMP GRINDER WAS THERE AS WELL. I JUST LET THEM GO, AS THEY KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND THEY HAD THE EXPERTISE TO GET IT DONE. THEY EVEN CAME BACK CHRISTMAS DAY TO FINISH UP. WE ALL ENJOYED SOME CAROLS AND A LUNCH ON THE PATIO. I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A FRIEND IN THE TREE BUSINESS AND WILL BE INTOUCH REGULARLY!

Fantastic as usual.  They used to trim 6 large trees at our previous house, plus removed one that was blown over in a storm.  Always did an excellent job including the clean up.  Always on time.  Best of any that we've tried since moving to AZ 12 years ago.  We moved to Surprise and continue to use this company.

It was an excellent choice from the initial estimating experience to the actual removal and ending with a complete clean-up!

After have 3 different companies come out and look at this monster of a tree, it was an easy decision to go with Junior and Total Care Tree Specialists.     They knew what they were talking about and did not simple trim trees, these guys are professionals at the highest level.
After they removed the 50Ft Sisso tree and trimmed the 3 others, you could not even tell they were there.  They treated our property with respect and cleaned up everything as if it was their own yard.
I highly recommend them for any tree services you may need. They far exceeded my expectations.

They arrived on time, did a great job and were done in about 90 minutes.  Perfect clean up.  
We had them trim all of our trees last year and were very impressed so of course we thought of them first when our tree fell over.  They had to take out the tree along with the root.   Now we can't even tell it was ever there.  We recommend them to everyone.

They were very careful not to damage anything.  Cleaned up the area very well.  The cost to remove the palm was 350.00 very reasonable compared to others.  And 250.00 to remove the stump, also very reasonable.  They were very professional and I would hire them again without question.

The hard working crew did a very thorough and professional job, just as they did the last time we hired them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a real hard working and thoroughly efficient crew.

Total Care has been providing me with tree maintenance for three years and this was the third season they they have pruned my trees. Junior stopped by to check the tree and set up the appointment. A few days later at the time we arranged his crew arrived and got right to work. My neighbor asked to have one of her trees trimmed while they were doing mine and they were able to accommodate her too.

They did an excellent job and cleanup was good.  Thank You!

Junior did the quote and it was the lowest of the three we got. He and his helper were on time to do the work, made sure tarps were down to keep the putting green clean and cleaned up after themselves.
They charged what they quoted.

Based upon the info on Angies List I called Total Tree Care.  Junior came out and quoted me a very fair price after I told him what I wanted done.  He said it would be about a week before he could get to it and he would call me, which he did.  He arrived with his crew and ample equipment early in the morning and completed the job in about 3 hours.  I was very impressed watching them:  there was no wasted motion or effort.  Everyone knew what they were supposed to do and did it.  A very professional operation.

The next day Mr Candelario Sanchez and 5 workers arrived and immediately began the work.  Candelario was very polite and asked if we wanted our Pomegranate tree and Mediterranean Palm tree also trimmed ? We asked how much extra that would be and  he told us that would be included in the original estimate. What a pleasant surprise !  His crew was fast and efficient and did a great job in trimming and shaping all of our trees. They had a branch grinder on their truck and mulched  all of the branches. They did a very good job of cleaning up the yard. I will definitely use this company again for any future tree trimming.

Total Tree had previously pruned my trees, so they were an obvious choice for the work I needed done this year. I had a large Sissoo tree in my backyard that was near by pool. Anyone who knows Sissoo trees know they grow like weeds. Junior trimed it up spring of 2012 and suggested we cut off al the irrigation to the tree to slow it's growth. Unfortunately the tree took that as a challenge and added another 5' of growth in the next 12 months.  I was worried that the tree being in a pretty remote spot in my backyard would make it difficult to remove, but Junior's crew got in, had it down and cleaned up in just an hour or so. They cleaned up the neighbor's yard of debris and even used the stump grinder to remove the last trace of the offending Sissoo. At the same time, I had them give my Musquite in the front yard a trim before the summer storm season. They do great work, extremely professional, and know their trees. Seriously, you can't go wrong with these guys.

I called the office on Monday to schedule an estimate and spoke to a professional person who helped me identify the tree and to understand why the branches had fallen).  I received a call from Junior Monday afternoon and gave him the details of which services we wanted.  I received a call back from him on Tuesday at noon, giving me an estimate.  His crew was at the house very early Wednesday morning and finished the job by mid-morning.  He was very professional and courteous and even texted me photos of the tree once the trimming was complete.  The price was fair for the work performed and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree service!!  Overall an outstanding experience.

Junior and his crew showed up on the scheduled day, pruned the limbs that needed to go, and cleaned up after themselves.  One tree hung over the wall into my neighbors yard.  The neighbor was very happy to see they had cleaned up all the brush and loose leaves.    He removed about 40% of the foliage, but the trees are now positioned for future growth and a long life (hopefully)! 

We had a big, ugly, dirty,  40 year old silk oak that we just got tired of cleaning up around and a small orange tree that never produced decent fruit that we decided to have removed.  We have a rather large yard that is full of other trees and bushes that Candelario and crew clean up annually, so we just added this to the list.  

The team arrived on time and made quick work of front, back and side yards.  All of their work makes everything look better and grow healthier, we have used them for several years now and find them to be a terrific company at a reasonable price.

After they were finished we talked to Candelario about replacing the orange tree with something else and he suggested a pistachio tree, which he delivered and planted a week later for an additional $200.  It is still dormant at this time, so I can't report on it yet, but I expect no problems, Total Care does a lot of business in Litchfield Park and they stand by their work.

They are thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Candelario arrived on time with two helpers. They did not damage other plants with dropping palm cuttings or stepping on them. Everyone was very careful. They cleaned up everything and the trees were neatly trimmed. Candelario provided advice about maintaining the palms with proper watering and fertilizing.
