Cabinet Making
THEY PROMISED US OUR SHELVES IN 6 WEEKS. THE TIME PERIOD CAME AND WENT AND THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP COMMUNICATION. AFTER 8 WEEKS WE HAD TO CALL THEM AND FIND OUT THE STATUS. THEY CHOOSE TO NOT RESPOND. AFTER ANOTHER WEEK OF CONSTANT PHONE CALLS WE GOT A RESPONSE AND INSTALLATION. THEY NEED TO WORK ON COMMUNICATION.

INSTALLATION CHARGE ONLY $50.00. THEIR PULLOUT DRAWER SPECS WERE UNBEATABLE - BALTIC BIRCH, GROOVED JOINTS AND BOTTOM, HEAVY DUTY STEEL RAILS, 100 POUND LOAD CAPACITY PER SHELF, PATENTED BRACKETS, AND LIFETIME WARRANTY. TWO WEEKS BETWEEN DEPOSIT PAYMENT AND INSTALLATION. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM THE EXISTING KITCHEN CABINETS. VERY HONEST IN ASSESSING PULL OUT SHELF NEEDS IN MY KITCHEN; DID NOT TRY TO OVERSELL PRODUCT. MADE SURE I WAS AWARE OF THE PROS AND CONS OF THIS TYPE OF SHELVING. SHOWED ME AREAS WHERE SHELVING WOULD NOT BE GOOD USE OF SPACE. EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE LOVES THESE SHELVES.
