I contacted Superior Blinds online to see if I was still covered under warranty for some vertical blinds that they had installed for me in 2012 and was clearly told that there would be a service charge of $85 as I was no longer under warranty. Their response was quick and they scheduled me for a visit 2 days later. The installer arrived promptly, was very pleasant and had the job done in less than half an hour. I was very pleased with Superior Blinds back in 2012 and I still am in 2017.
