Shakatronics Audio Video

Shaka is a perfectionist and really knows his stuff.  He came out and spent a lot of time making sure everything worked and that we novice computer people knew how to operate everything.  He didn't try to sell us stuff we'd never use.  He asked us at the beginning how we use our TV and what features we wanted.  He was prompt coming at the time we had agreed on, he cleaned up after he was done.  He even took a few phone calls when we panicked at some new screen message.  He's very patient, listens to what we want and gives constructive ideas.  We would highly recommend him for all electronic needs.
