Grout looks great. I wanted stove and refrigerator pulled out so there wouldn't be a stop mark of cleaning where machine couldn't reach. Thomas had no problem with that.
Thomas has the Rotovac 360i carpet cleaning system. The last two carpet cleaners I had were NOT able to get my hallway clean. I figured the carpet was getting to old and accepted it. Thomas got the hallway clean again!
