I chose Tony because he had been handling a friend's short sale. I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.  During that short sale Tony knew exactly how to handle a very difficult bank and all of the bank's obstacles. That sale was successful, I think in large part due to Tony's expertise. Tony gave my friend great advice and was always available, day or night.  
 For my conventional sale, Tony was incredible.  This was the first time I had  bought a house alone. Tony made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. From my initial offer to closing he guided me, kept me in the loop, told me what to anticipate, answered all of my questions, helped with the details - he was ALWAYS  there for me.  I liked the fact that he was very approachable, knowledgeable, patient, unfailingly kind, and always prompt in getting back to me. Tony never rushed or pressured me and always took the time to listen.  He made a difficult buying process (i.e. deceased HOA President, missing seller, Seller's Agent who made a lot of mistakes)  go as smoothly as possible.  Tony even helped me find a lender when most lenders I  talked to  wouldn't have been able to complete the process on time (30 days).   With his guidance I found the  house I wanted, got it for the price I could afford, and closed on time (got the fabulous interest rate I had locked in!). Tony really delivered on everything that he promised - he's the best!
