Description of Work: We had a water problem in a rental house. |They had to go into the walls and found leak |under commode.Walls repaired and commode |put back with new tile,as well put back commode |and seals. |

Description of Work: We used Achieve Remodeling & Repair to fix things up for me, replaced the toilets, replaced the hot water heater, painted and he bailed me out of a lot of trouble that I had with the house.

+ 1 moreMichael showed up on time with two plumbers who offered suggestions about where the return line should be connected and run across the attic connecting to the water heater with a check valve. Michael cut an opening in the dry wall behind the shower valve for the plumbers to access and make connections. The attic was accessed through a closet in the master bedroom. The dry wall was replaced and painted well enough that I cannot find where the opening was made. The areas were cleaned up very well. The water is now immediately hot when turned on and the cold water is as cold as it gets in the Phoenix area. I am very satisfied with the work done.
Description of Work: Installed return loop from hot water heater to shower in master bathroom (farthest point from the hot water heater). The system already had the pump installed using the cold line as a return. Added an outlet in master bathroom.

+ 1 moreHe did a good job. He is very good at what he does. He is very skilled. He works very hard and quickly. The price he charged me was very good. The quality of his work was very good, and he was on time.
Description of Work: I used Achieve Remodeling & Repair in October for some landscaping work and some other general remodeling. It is a one man company. He installed some plumbing work in the laundry room. I had a licensed plumber to come and do the initial job, and he did the finishing.
