We purchased our cabinets through a home improvement store and 7th Heaven installed through them. I was impressed with them. Jeff came in for the measurements and immediately spoke great ideas for the design which I relayed back to the designers at the store who needed all the help they could get. Once the cabinets came in, they were available the next day to start immediately. They recognized issues immediately and were able to help alleviate problems. They even noticed our tile waiting to be installed in the garage, realized that there may be height issues with it, and called us to let us know they would have to raise our countertops. I had many problems with the store and 7th Heaven was able to smooth everything out. I would recommend them highly. The only problem is they can be very difficult to get a hold of immediately, but they return phone calls within a day. Even though they often don't answer their phone immediately, any problems are addressed very quickly and adequately.

THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS GOOD. IT WAS VERY HARD TO REACH THEM. THEY ARE ALSO NOT VERY GOOD ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS. I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT PROVIDE NECESSARY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
