Handyman Service
I hired Mr. Pollock to do some minor work on my rental home in Laveen in preparation for placing it on the market for sale. He gave me a quote which was acceptable and I advanced $1,000 for materials so he could get started. He was supposed to complete the work two weeks ago. When my real estate broker went out to inspect the work three days after it was to be done much of it had not been completed. I have since been attempting to contact Mr. Pollock for the last two weeks to see what's happening. He has not returned my many calls or e-mails. At this point he has my $1,000 but has not done the work and has disappeared.
