My plants died later, but I was able to take them back and either receive new ones or a full refund with no questions asked. Just that alone makes me want to go back to them again, knowing if my plants die I can always take them back. I was even amazed that they were able to give a me a refund when I took back the (huge) umbrella I had purchased from them, which later broke only after opening & closing it a few times. It is very good to see a company this big that really cares about their customers and shows it.
