Description of Work: I ordered carpeting for a house that was being rehabilitated and then upon completion to be sold. I had a deadline that was fixed. I ordered carpet for three rooms and a closet. They missed the deadline. Apparently Home Depot uses a third party to measure the rooms to determine the amount of carpeting. Then they have another contractor who installs the carlpeting. The contractors to measure were a week late. The installers missed the time they had an appointment to lay the carpet two different times. The contractors working for Home Depot were terribly incompetent and they were unreliable. I had to complain to the store manager who eventually got o0n top of their problem and said he would change things.

+ -1 moreMy plants died later, but I was able to take them back and either receive new ones or a full refund with no questions asked. Just that alone makes me want to go back to them again, knowing if my plants die I can always take them back. I was even amazed that they were able to give a me a refund when I took back the (huge) umbrella I had purchased from them, which later broke only after opening & closing it a few times. It is very good to see a company this big that really cares about their customers and shows it.
Description of Work: We purchased several trees, shrubs and a huge umbrella from them.
