It is a one-man company and he only works on weekends. Initially it was hard getting him scheduled. I didn't realize when I ordered the shutters from him that it was like a weekend business for him. He has another regular job. I had to find a weekend when I would be home which was a little hard to do but other than that the quality of his product is very, very good. They are not Chinese junky shutters. They are built right here in Phoenix. The only other problem was that he forgot to come back and replace a couple of louvers that were gouged. He apologized profusely and it was partially my fault because I didn't call him back to remind him. He is coming back next weekend to finish that. I've had the shutters for 7 months and they have been good. I would use him again concerning it was an oversight on his part and he is one of the only ones with US made shutters.
