I sent an email requesting information on a Sunday. On Monday, I recieved a call from Laurie. After asking me several questions (ages and number of children attending the party, theme) she made some recommendations. The party theme was Toy Story. Although they did not have a Toy Story bouncer, Laurie recommended the green dinosaur since there is a dinosaur in the movie. (I liked that she knew that.) On the day of the delivery, the team was prompt and efficient. While the gentleman did the set-up, the lady went over all the details of the rental. She was very thorough and professional. She definitely knew what she was talking about. The bouncer was clean and in good shape. The bouncer was picked up on time the next day.
Something to consider - We have a very small backyard surrounded by a seven foot block fence. This made the motor seem even louder than it was. This would not stop me from renting again.

This company provides jumpy houses, petting zoo set-up, child size vehicles for children's parties. It has high ratings in our local media. Therefore, I was looking forward to speaking with them about booking their services for a 7 year old's birthday party. I was disappointed that when I telephoned I got a voice mail box and not a live customer service rep. I did leave a message describing what I was seeking. The company never returned my call. Very disappointing. We eneded up going with another local company that provides rentals of bouncy houses and slides, etc. This is a much SMALLER outfit, but we always got a "live person" when we made a 3-4 telephone calls to the other company over the course of 5 days.

"Member, we apologize for the miscommunication. Every customer is important to us. We are glad that you found what you needed. If you would like to contact us for your next party, we would be happy to provide a bounce at 50% off our regular rental rate so you can have a first hand experience of our products and service. We are confident we can meet or exceed your expectations. My name is Laurie Prendergast you can reach me directly on my personal cell phone. The number is 602-820-8030. We are sorry that we were unable to connect with this customer. She left a message saying she needed for a moon jump for party soon. When we are out doing events we rely on voice mail like many businesses. We returned the call but was unable to reach her in person, so we left a message. We do have online reservations as well as a "Live Chat" feature on every page of our website. Our records do not show the customer tried either of these tools or sent us an email so our only method to contact her was by phone. We received another voicemail and returned the call Monday. Since we received no further phone calls after our last message and the weekend has passed, we assumed she had found what she needed elsewhere. Our policy is to return all phone messages as soon as possible but when we leave voice mail we do not continue to call or leave additional messages (unless we are are playing phone tag) as many customers stop returning calls once they have made their purchasing decision. We do not want to be pushy, annoying or intrusive."
