Not only did they give me a convenient time, keep me updated on when they were going to arrive, but I didnâ  t need a new part, it was a repair instead of a replacement, they gave me the less expensive option. That brings about trust. Rigo was polite, explained everything and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Itâ s hard to find good dependable contractors these days, however it was a phenomenal experience working with Charityâ s Plumbing. Rigo and Charity are wonderful! They are honest, and local minority-owned to the Laveen and South Phx area. They are fairly priced and professional as well. I would not hesitate to use them for anything we need in the plumbing area. We are having them back soon to install a whole house water system! Don't hesitate to call them, you will not be sorry! Get a second opinion IF someone tells you that you 'can't' do something. They are highly skilled and chances are can figure it out!
