Appliance Repair
Fiasco is what it could be called.Whirlpool dispatched E&D appliance in Early March to repair my Washing Machine under warranty.Ed was on time, diagnosed washer, but did not follow Whirlpool's instruction to call from house.As such, parts were never ordered. After several calls with both Whirlpool and E&D appliance, As well as several very personal conversations with Ed, washer was finally "repaired". TWO MONTHS AFTER FIRST SERVICE CALL. Two weeks after the "repair" washer breaks down (again). Personal issues prevent repair in timely fashion. Whirlpool is now using a different company. Although Ed is a nice enough guy, he will never return your phone calls.
