I contacted ABS in the Spring for a leak which occurred due to suboptimal winterizing. They were great and sent someone out immediately. Unfortunately, the problem was a bit more complicated and it took a few more trips out and, ultimately, a general contractor to complete all repairs. ABS was able to work on the plumbing even when I could not be home which I greatly appreciated. They were excellent at communicating with me!. The only regret that I have was related to the water heater. It it was very old and I asked to be contacted if it was a problem - preferring to have it replaced rather than repaired. Instead they replaced the coil and,now, it is giving me ongoing problem :-(..

This was difficult for us because we lived 4 hours away and could not be on site when the work was performed outside. In addition, it had to be coordinated with a fencing company at that location. ABS got the job done on time and did exactly what we asked, and coordinated it with the fencing company.
The kitchen was a remodel, and placement of the original plumbing in the house (not done by ABS) caused problems when the plumber tried to get the new items to work properly. Dean Hudson, the owner of ABS, came right out to the job site and agreed to do a major upgrade for no extra expense to make sure everything worked efficiently and properly. He handled the problem with great courtesy and professionalism, and we have nothing but praise for a job extremely well done.
We would have no hesitation in choosing ABS Plumbing for our plumbing needs in the future, and can recommend them highly.
