ROGER SAID THAT THE MAIN WAS CLOGGED HE PUT THE SNAKE DOWN THERE, INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM HE JUST MOVED THE CLOG FURTHER DOWN AND BROKE MY UNDERGROUND PIPEM THEN HE CHARGED ME FOR ITM $1`75.00 THAT I DIDN'T HAVE IN THE FIRST PLACE, HE THAN AGREED TO TRAKE A POST DATED CHECK WHICH HE PROMISED TO HOLD ONTO UNTIL THE 20 TH IF THE NINTH WHEN I GOT PAID WHICH HE WENT AHEAD AND CASHED EARLYM I JUST CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY HE WOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WIDOW LIKE THIS?????? HE DIDN'T ANSWER MY CALL'S OR CALL ME BACK, VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He was late by about 1.5 hours the first time. Then we decided that he would come the next day. He then was 5 hours late in contacting me.

"I called the customer back several times immediately after getting the lead from HomeAdvisor and left them a message which I did not hear back from them till the next day which at that time I was busy and I told them I would call them back when I was available to stop by. I called them back a few hours later when I was available and they said it was too late to call back tomorrow and at that time I told them I would not be able to stop by until the afternoon due to I was already booked up in the morning. Once I was finished I called them back and at that time they told me they had taken care of the problem there selves and no longer needed."

Roger came out within hours of being reached by Home Advisor and fixed the problem quickly and the pricing was great. I expected to pay a lot more. I would recommend him to anyone with a plumbing repair.

We were initially pleased with the quick service, but the same issue came up again later. Apparently it wasn't entirely fixed like we were led to believe.

Roger was very quick to respond to my servicemagic request. It felt like he called me within a couple of minutes after I submitted my request online. He came to the house right away (even though it was about 9pm) which was appreciated. He couldn't clear the main line that evening, but came back the next day (first thing in the morning) with more powerful equipment and got the line cleared. I cannot complain about the work, they did a very good job. My only concern with Roger was the price. He charged more that I expected.

Very fast reply to my service request, which was placed late at night. Roger showed up on time and the cost of the repair was within the quoted amount and very reasonable. I will definitely call him again if the need arises.
