RE/MAX Prestige Properties

I've been on him about the horrible pictures of my property. He'll change some, but not all. I've sent him pictures I've taken myself, he said he couldn't open them. When I asked him could he get someone in his office to assist me, he refused and said it's not that kind of office. They are all independent of one another. I've make absolutely, all the repairs to the home he requested, and still, old pictures. I'm so deeply disturbed and disappointed with him and Re/Max as a whole. He's said he put an extra 6 weeks onto my contract (6 1/2 weeks extra), which will total 7 1/2 months, because of his investment in advertising. Yet he dismisses my repeated requests of telling me exactly where he's advertised, exact dates, newpapers, realty magazines, etc. He's told me of only a few and seems upset that I ask. I believe I'm entitled to ask and be informed where this advertising has been and will be. I WANTED DATES, ISSUES, AND THE NAMES OF THE COMPANIES HE'S ADVERTISED WITH. I sent a certified letter to their office requesting to be released from this 7 1/2 month contract, and haven't received a response in 2 weeks. I've called the broker requesting another agent. Refused. Today, I contacted the Broker, DeWayne Patterson to follow up and inquire whether or not he's spoken with David Z about the pictures, the advertising, and being released from the contract. No response at this moment. I don't trust this realtor or the realty office. It feels as though my property and I are being help hostage. I'm 68 years old and really just needed a agent that would work for me and do a good job. In my opinion, David Z and Remax Prestige Properties has dropped the ball with me and shown me no respect. UPDATE:Today, I was told I could be released from my over 6 1/2 month existing contract and then was immediately emailed "They would think about it". There has been zero open houses, MLS verbiage has been a constant fight as well as the pictures taken of my property. Jeff Robinson agent, and Dewayne Patterson, broker, have both spoken to me inappropriately and harshly.
I was locked into this contract for 7 1/2 months for what was supposed to be because of invested advertising. I've requested information as to where the property has been advertised in totality..... gone unanswered... actually dismissed. I'm awaiting a response from Re/Max Corp that I wrote to today. They don't set a good and true example of Re/Max. I'm extremely unhappy with them. Left my home vacant for all this time having lost over $8,000.00 in lost rent.... still haven't sold my house.
