Carpet Installation
Work unprofessional. Company not responsive to obvious problems with workmanship. Management unreasonable.
Response from OASIS FLOORS & DESIGN CTR INC
"Oasis Floors settled in court with this particular customer, Oasis Floors and Design Center, Inc. (Respondent) and this customer (Complainant). The ordered is stated as: On or before Monday, August 3, 2009, Complainants shall remit to Respondent (Oasis Floors) the sum of $11,500.00. The parties agree to act in good faith toward the accomplishment of each of their respective obligations under the terms of this settlement agreement. By entering into this settlement agreement, Complainants shall be deemed to have withdrawn their complaint and consented to the entry of an Order by the Registrar closing the issued Citation with prejudice as resolved/settled/withdrawn. This customer (Complainant) and Oasis Floors (Respondent) have settled in a court of law as stated above, therefore as evidenced the complaint on this company is invalid, fictitious and should be dismissed."
