 + -1 moreI am very impressed with the tools department manager (don't remember his name other than Bob) and the care he took to make sure I understood what I needed, why I needed it and any other options I could take. He even told me how I could work around it if I desired. All I had to do was tell him that my husband was installing a window air conditioner in the garage and he asked questions so he knew what type of situation we had. He was very knowledgeable. I went to the Lowe's in Lake Havasu City instead of the Bullhead City Lowes because I had heard that I would get much better customer service and I was told right.
Description of Work: I needed to purchase some tools for my husband and when I went into the store I had no idea what I actually needed for sure. The department manager of tools basically took me by the hand and walked me through what I needed and why it was necessary.
