We will get another pool service company to do our repair. Don't let this guy near your pool.

I've had an in-ground pool for over 5 years. The jets in the spa stopped working and Rick came out and explained that improper chemicals caused the filter to break apart and the pieces got lodged in the spa jets. He repaired all of that, and most importantly, taught me the proper chemical ratios. He also recommended an excellent tile man to get everything looking like new. We were able to enjoy our pool and spa for the entire season with sparkling water. I am thrilled that someone would take the time to teach me how to maintain it - rather than just wait for more problems so he could charge for additional service calls.
