The owner called me immediately and came to my home and assessed my pool issues. We reviewed his qualifications and I hired him on the spot. My new service started three days later. Very professional and knowable about water issues for this area.

Responded for a small job when no one else would. Worked with our home warranty providers to complete the job.

I was desperate to find a good pool maintenance provider. Several ribs of my pool filter had ruptured leaving my pool filled with DE. There were no tabs in the chlorinator, There were two leaks in my filter pump because of missing O rings. Don Reinhard came over within an hour of my call and replaced the nonfunctioning creeper with a new one, replaced the ruptured filter parts, replaced O rings, painted the PCV pipes, replaced two filter baskets that had been broken, and reprogrammed my timer so that it didn't run for 22 hours each day. By this morning my pool was looking good enough to swim.

Immediately contacted me back, by email and phone. Gave reasonable estimates in writing for the work I was requesting. Then actually did the work right away, and did an awesome job. Plus he did more work after discussing it with me that he only charged his cost for parts. Thanks Don

When I bought the house, I had no idea how good the pool could look until I hired Don. I used him for about a year and my pool looks fantastic. He is easy to get a hold of when I need him and very conscientious about his work.
