Elite is a Preferred Dish TV retailer according to the Dish TV website. I found Rich and Cindy to be quite helpful and knowledgeable. They actually showed up early (after calling ahead) to perform a new Dish TV installation. They had to figure out how to connect the satellite dish they installed to the TV wiring in my home. It required spending quite some time in my attic while the outside temperatures approached 100. I don't want to think just how hot the attic was. It took them longer than normal but they did not complain at all.
Once the wiring was set up, they went through the equipment set up and answered my many questions about the whole setup and how the system, including the Hopper setup, works. They made sure that I understood the promotional subscriptions to the premium movie channels that was included with the initial installation, and what I need to do to keep or stop the probationary subscriptions when the probationary period expires.
All in all, I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. I would recommend that anyone considering signing up with Dish TV, contact Elite Satellite & Sound instead of going the online route.
