Armor Fence And Masonry

I asked for a estimate in December and it was provided. However, communication between Armor and myself was spotty. I emailed but they didn't respond. When they did, they didn't understand my requests. Finally got together again (I had to make some changes in the estimate as to what I needed for the cat) with the dad and he re-wrote the kennel info assuring me it would be done as planned. It took a bit for me to get the estimate, but when it came I paid half down on 1/28 and was told they would be out in a week or two. It took them about three weeks with me hounding them constantly, many calls going unanswered, for them to come out and START the process. Another delay ensued because they had a big job in Parker (little people come last I guess) so another person came out. I was finally able to get them out there to finish. By that time I was too frustrated to make them do it the way it was intended. The original kennel had a top on it, but wanted more room for the cat so that part was supposed to go when we moved the site to the back of the house and it was to be installed under the eaves high enough for the cat not to get out. Instead if was lower so a chain link top was added. They had to add some inserts or pieces as the person putting it together had left it too open in a couple of places. The gate installed at the side of the property was not as big as we discussed so that equipment could reach the back of the house. I had no fight let in me to worry about it. All in all, I think they actually do good work, and what they did will last a long time?.BUT I feel like if I had been spending more money I probably would have received a better response and timelier installation. They are a nice family, but considering I need better communication as well as a faster response time I will not be using them again.
