We would have rated Jim Harris at advanced homes inc. as a minus, minus if overall rating allowed. I feel embarrassed to even write this but feel we were totally taken advantage of.

Did not follow contract/ blue print / or model. Over charged! Admins changes without consolation with owner or city . On city board and changes rules to his benefits . Can't be trusted.

beware the contract offered, many verbal and advertised statements designed to mislead. Many items stated as included are actually only partially included, some not at all. Presents VERY large "final" billing with many extra & unexpected charges which he refuses to justify. Completion of project twice as long as represented. Original contract was for approx. 1/2 the total amount billed. Very pleasant and seemingly open prior to contract, once signed, very much the opposite, refusing to discuss issues or answer questions. Refuses to honor warranties, we have had to have an attorney involved to assist. Threatens that unless his final invoice is paid within 3 days of presentation you will not be given possession of or keys to completed house.
