Workman Built

David worked with me from expensive design (provided by an architect) to a workable, functional plan, and then built what he designed.  He managed the costs, provided invoices for his work (cost + and an hourly rate for labor), communicated frequently with text, email, phone and photos.  He stayed on-site and made sure everything was done and delivered as promised.  
This was a total remodel and included taking a former garage and turning it into a full bedroom suite in addition to remodeling and reworking the kitchen, redoing 2 baths, lowering a cathedral ceiling (what can I say, it was built in 1983), all new cabinets, countertops, floors. fireplace, base molding, front doors - the works.    He also made sure to fix the little things that needed to be done - straighten out some ventilation, corrected a problem with the roof.   We worked remotely, as I do not live near Arizona, so our relationship was based on trust.  David did what he said he would do, and well.  I paid him what I said I would, on time.
If you want a hands-on,  creative, skilled, honest builder, hire David.  He is very fair and a pleasure to work with.  I would absolutely work with him again.
