When I called Truelove I was told they could have someone there in an hour, about 15 minutes later I received a call from the service tech indicating he was on his way.
He took almost an hour to do the entire job, including digging up the water line and making the repair.
Afterwards he recommended some options to prevent this sort of issue from happening in the future.
The entire time he was professional and efficient.
The cost was very reasonable and we are now going to contract them to fix the problem for good (re-route the line to prevent breakage in the future).
