Water restoration 1, was very professional and did an outstanding job of dealing with 5 damaged rooms. I would especially note that my furniture was removed and stored in a safe and efficient manner. The team that put the furniture back was amazing and put everything back where it was originally. Considering all of the rooms that had damage I was impressed by there attention to detail and thoroughness. The team was very understanding of the emotional frustration in dealing with a flood and showed extreme kindness.

We highly recommend Eric from Restoration 1! We are landlords and had complaints of possible mold in our rental unit. Eric responded at the exact time he said he would be available, inspected our unit, and gave us advice on what to do to prevent any type of issues. We will definitely be doing business with this company down the line shall the need arise.

Restoration one, and Roto Rooter worked together to fix two water leaks, and the damage that it is done. They did an excellent job. I would hire them again for anything. They also worked very well with my insurance company.
