Amazing job getting years of built up grease and grime offbthe floors. Guests are wowed by how great the floors look and gives the restaurant a fresh clean smell.

"We are very sorry to hear you are not pleased with your long term results. I appears we actually serviced your home on June 16th rather than Dec 16th. In reading your review I was trying to come up with a reason why it would take two weeks for the carpet to look as it did before and wish you would have called then so we could have come out at that time to do an assessment. Looking at the invoice it indicates that your carpet had a condition called pile reversal/nap shift, which is typical of polyester carpet fiber and will effect how light will refract and make the carpet appear different than when it is freshly cleaned and wonder if that is why you had an appearance change. The condition report also mentions wear, stains, seam damage and loose carpet which can add to the problem. Without seeing it at the time I am only guessing of course, but even if you have someone else clean it in the future I wanted offer some potential issues you may re-experience. We invite you to give us another try and communicate with us at the time of concern so we can insure you are happy and have a full understanding of what you are getting for your hard earned dollars. Also, in reviewing this job with the crew chief that performed the work he remember you and said he was remiss in ensuring the hot pressure line stayed off your grass and did burn it, which only time could heal waiting for it to grow back. We are very sorry and appreciate the feedback so we can adjust our technician training to make sure it does not happen in the future. We wish you a safe and wonderful holiday season!"

Previously used Nature's way for carpet cleaning 2 rooms.....excellent work. Also used them for ozone treatment whole house as it was a bank owned and tenants who didn't take care of it moved out. Final work was all the tile cleaned, and grout sealed. I'm very pleased with ALL the work and will use them again in the future when needed. Steve and Chris were the best to work with over the phone and in person. Thank you.

They had to really scrub the pet stains out from previous tenant who did not take care of this lovely home I just purchased. Animals were left in the carpeted bedroom areas to do their outside business :-( Natures Way will be used for my future Tile cleaning and sealing needs very soon, and for other services they provide.

We've owned this house for almost 5 years (lived in it for the last 3 years) the house is actually 8 years old.
New carpet was installed after we bought the house and it has been professionally cleaned annually (part of the installation).
The job they (2 workers) did was fantastic, they were here for over 2 hours working on the floors.
The tile floors probably had never been cleaned so they were in pretty bad shape in places.
After cleaning the carpet they treated with stain guard, a recommended addition.
After cleaning the tile, they sealed the grout.
I think the price was a bit higher than expected because we went ahead and had ALL our tile floor in the house cleaned (original plan was to just do the kitchen/dining room/entry way). I admit it was the right thing to do, so think about this ahead of time.
I wasn't pressured by the team, but they made logical recommendations that ended up costing me more than planned.
They did a fantastic job and were very professional the whole time.

We found this company recommended on Angie's list and liked that cleaning was a "green method." We were anxious to have a residence cleaned up to be listed for sale and were able to have it quickly scheduled with Nature's Way . All the flooring was cleaned efficiently and thoroughly and I received the discount per the Angie's coupon. I was very pleased with the end results. The house sold quickly!

We suspected our Yorkie dog had urinated on our carpet and called Nature's Way Cleaning and Chris Taylor came out the next day and used a black light to show us exactly where our dog had relieved himself. He cleaned the carpet and gave us some good suggestions on how to prevent future problems...this is the 2nd time this year we have used Nature's Way Cleaning and we have been very happy and satisfied...we expect to use their services annually for our carpet cleaning and ceramic tile needs.

My cleaner, Chris, was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and wanted me to check each room as he finished it. He treated the area rug with a bonding solution-some nano tech product. I feel able to bring a drink into each room now. He explained that certain products are more difficult to remove, and that to call Nature's Way. It all seemed like a good way to invest in the house.

Chris & Damion were on time, very polite & considerate. Moved all the furniture, cleaned rug & put furniture back where I wanted it changed around. I use a cane & they helped me to the kitchen. I already recommended them to others. They did an excellent job. They got up some stains that I thought they would never get up.

Joe and Nature's way did an amazing job of cleaning our house.
We have had lots of problems with our carpets previously and have tried to use a number of other carpet cleaning companies including some of the larger ones and had accepted that some of the stains in our carpets would never come out.Nature's way came and changed all that. From dog poo stains, kool aid, red cordial, blue dye, Joe and his crew were able to remove everything. They worked hard and put in a full morning's work to get the job done properly.
They have some kind of new ozone technology which left my carpet cleaner than I ever knew it could be. Even the pet smells were removed from the couch and our suede set was left looking brand new.I am also a natural freak because our dog and family suffers allergies, and it was good to know they used no chemicals whatsoever.
Will definitely hire this company again - never knew what really clean until this service.A+++
