We called Kennedy Temperature Techniques to have a residential furnace and water heater checked after we were given an outrageous estimate by another company. We were scheduled within a couple of days. Tim Kennedy did a complete review of the furnace, water heater and even checked the cooling system while he was at the home. He called us later the same day with the information we needed. All the services were done in a professional, efficient and thorough manner. I was very happy that I called Kennedy Temperature Techniques for a honest estimate of services needed.

I found Terry to be very proficient and professional. At no time did he attempt to sell me additional parts or services. He advised me to monitor the unit for about two days to be certain there was not a further problem that he could not detect at that time.
I was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call on them in the future, or to reccomend the service to anyone.

Our HVAC system was making thumping noises. I called a couple of local companies for pricing and services. One of the larger companies pressured me to sign a service contract, which I did not want to do.
Kennedy Temperature Techniques is a small company. I was able to speak with the owner, Terry, at length about the possible causes of my furnace problem. Kennedy said that he has been in business for 31 years, and that he relies on recommendations by word-of-mouth instead of advertising.
The service professionals were courteous. They performed the job efficiently and in a timely fashion. I feel that I was charged fairly.
