They came out for the estimate and the installation when they said they would, gave us a very reasonable price, and delivered/installed the goods when they promised. I love that kind of contractor! We just called them again today for something else.

I had Jim come out and provide me with the best option of fixing my very badly leaking arizona room windows on 1/28/2012 and gave him a $300.00 deposit for the work to be done. Being that I was only out in AZ for a month to set up my house I was limited on time to get this corrected. I did not have time to get any other people out to give me prices. I got Jim's name from my realtor who assured me of his good work. As time was passing I finally called and was told that I was not on the schedule and I was leaving in 5 days! They scheduled men to come out on 2/12/2013 (I left for home on the 14th) however the job took two days and due to timing, the company was not able to perform a water test as the caulk needed to dry. I will water test it in July when I am out there again.
