Horrible! Quote and agreement signed, nothing said about extra charges until done and then hundreds more charged? Also charge 3.5 % extra if you use a card. Finished later than quoted. Tried speaking to manager or someone in charge About concerns with additional charges not discussed before work is completed and never available. The receptionist is the most fowl and nasty person after luring you in to the initial agreement. Makes one wonder how anyone with any professionalism would allow this kind of disgusting person to represent their company. Would not recommend to anyone!

It went really well, they answered all my questions, they were very informative, knowledgeable about the weather, they showed up on time, they make sure the roof is water tight and they were very professional. I never had any issues. I recommend everybody to use them.

several trips to roof by several employees and the owner. explained the problems clearly and explained our choice to solve. guys showed up when they said they would - explained what they were doing and why. boss came back to check as they worked and when they finished. very willing to work with us. had three estimates and these guys were in the ball park - very fair.
