Celebrate Your Event LLC

We were going to use the chapel/theater area at a senior living village for a small, family celebration of life event.  In our walk through a week before the event we realized that the setup and decor of the room was overwhelmingly as a movie theater for the residents.  There was no chapel area.  I made several calls, thinking we might have to move the location of the event. Few locations were available and the fee to rent a chapel at a mortuary was $1,200. 
I called Mary K Clark of "Celebrate Your Event" and she met with me the following day at the location.  Within a short time she had suggestions on how the large framed posters and pictures could be draped in keeping with the theme of the event and how to change the furniture arrangement for the gathering.   The day of the event she came prepared with all the materials for the job.  Within a few hours the work was done and everything was ready to go on time.  The area had a chapel atmosphere and was quite lovely for the occasion.  It was nice to have a professional touch to the setup and to feel that the location was appropriate for the event.  Thanks Mary K.

Mary K worked with our non-profit group on a fundraiser in a large event center. She prepared a plan for the layout and made suggestions on the decor. We were excited to have her expertise. Mary K helped us to pull it all together. The event was a great success!
