BOYDS OUTLAW SLEEP CTR

Purchased a new mattress from Boyd's Mattress Center, in Feb. of 2011. It has a 10 yr non pro rated warranty. We will have had it 2 yrs this month. When I phoned them concerning the mattress, they said I would have to pay them 20.00 to come & look at the mattress. Well I paid them the 20.00 & they came out & took pictures to send in to the company. Also be aware, that some mattress companies have gone out of business, so I guess if they have gone out of business, you are out of luck, even if you have a warranty. Well this company is still in business & they were going to contact the company, but we haven't heard one word from them since they were out.  The problem we had with the mattress, was it was sagging & making our backs hurt. Well when they took the pictures, the fellow said well we have a queen size bed & there was no center support & there should be.     WELL MY QUESTION TO BOYD'S IS, THEY DELIVERED THIS MATTRESS & PUT IT ON OUR FRAME WHEN WE PURCHASED IT, SO WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL US THEN & WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A CENTER SUPPORT. WE HAVE SINCE BOUGHT A NEW FRAME WITH A CENTER SUPPORT. THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE BED & MATTRESS EXPERTS, SO WHY DON'T THEY LET PEOPLE KNOW IF THEIR FRAME ISN'T WHAT IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE, SO THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEM WITH THEIR MATTRESS IN THE FUTURE.
